It’s 45 degrees celcius here today and many women want to lose weight right now so they can get out on the beach and not feel self concious. If you want to lose weight and want to lose it now then read this post and it’s very helpful suggestions. This is going to be a four part series called “How to lose weight NOW”.

If you want to lose weight now there are some important things we need to go over.

1. Losing weight in a few days or even a few weeks can be dangerous.

2. Losing weight fast will usually only result in it coming back within a few weeks.

3. You do not need to lose weight in order to feel good about your body at the beach. That comes from within.

Now that I have got these important point out of the way I want to discuss some methods and techniques for losing weight starting now!

Losing weight in the short term

As I already mentioned, losing weight quickly will generally only keep you thin for a short amount of time. The weight almost always comes back within a few weeks. It is also not very good for your health.

However, that being said, there is nothing wrong with going on a little ‘I want to lose weight now!‘ stint once in a while. If the motivation grabs you and your will power is strong then it is possible to make some good weight loss progress in a short period of time.

Some things you need to remember:

  • Consult a doctor before attempting to lose weight;
  • Never put losing weight before your health;
  • Try and be consistent;
  • Enjoy it!

  3. Mental toughness;

If you miss any of these elements then you will fail. Your ambitions of losing weight now will go un-realized.

So, write down the basic things you need to know when trying to lose weight now. Make sure they stay in the front of your mind. Here they are again in short form:
